Certified+ Honda Vehicles

Pre-Owned Honda Vehicles that have been in service for fewer than 12 months or 12,000 miles, and with 80,000 miles or fewer at the time of vehicle delivery, are eligible for Certified+ designation. Certified+ Hondas have powertrain coverage for 7 years or 100,000 miles. If you’ve purchased the Honda within the New Vehicle Limited Warranty period, you’ll also get non-powertrain coverage for 5 years past the in-service date or up to 86,000 miles on the odometer.

Certified Pre-Owned Honda Vehicles

Hondas that are older than 12 months, but still with 80,000 miles or fewer on them, are eligible for the Certified Pre-Owned Honda vehicle program. It comes with the same 7-year/100,000-mile Powertrain Warranty as a Certified+ vehicle. For non-powertrain coverage:

• If the vehicle was purchased within the New Vehicle Limited Warranty period, that period is extended to 4 years/48,000 miles.
• Otherwise, the vehicle receives coverage from the Honda Certified Vehicle Non-Powertrain Coverage for 1 year/12,000 miles from its delivery date.
