I appreciate that they were short on service men, however they could easily have notified me of the delay. Not their standard service performance. Eddie was very cordial. Bought a 2017 Ridgeline from a dealer in Atlanta and drove to Charleston the same day. On my drive I got a "Blind Spot Warning System Problem" and a "Transmission System Problem" Amber warning light. I took it to this dealership and they found the issue right away and fixed it for me. Even provided a loaner car since I was from out of town and they didn't have the torque converter I needed in stock. Great place - Mike Callahan is a great service rep.
