15K mile scheduled maintenance on my 2019 Insight hybrid yesterday. No problems to speak of, except that the cabin air filter was not in stock. I just went back this morning and they popped it in for me. Overall, service was great and service personnel were very nice.
I worked closely with Rick Feauve-Service Lane Manager and Marc Mounts-Service Advisor. My personal motto is do not sell or recommend something to me that you personally would not advise your mother or your daughter about. These two men are both very personable and genuine. Excellent customer serviceThe salesman Andre answered all questions demonstrated knowledge on each model and even after the sale he stayed until 1000pm explaining features of the new vehicle and allowing me a comfortable amount of time to switch items from my old vehicle. Service department is awesome. Just had a rear engine mount replaced and had a great experience. Jonathan Esponal was my service advisor and went above and beyond. Customer service is top notch!!
Kyle was super helpful, fit me in without an appointment. I was in and out in about an hour and 15 minutes for my normal service, and corrected an issue I was having with my tire pressure monitor as well. Kyle and these guys rock.
