Super happy with the team and overall warm vibe at Hendrick Honda of Charleston. I was in a bind earlier this week and right of the bat everyone was so caring and considerate. Charles helped me get a feel for the Hendrick environment and Ryan was super knowledgeable and attentive. Purchased my first car on 3/14/2020, it was a Civic Type R. I was driving in from Charlotte NC. I missed my appointment by 30 minutes So I arrived at 7pm, Michelle was very understanding. YaYa the finance person was great, I was able to get a great finance rate for a first time car buyer. Both Michelle and Yaya are awesome!!!
